动脉溶栓和动静脉联合溶栓及机械取栓对急性脑梗死的有效性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比对在急性脑梗死中采取动脉溶栓、机械取栓、动静脉联合溶栓的临床效果。方法本文分析对象为2017年4月-2018年4月期间本院收治的75例急性脑梗死患者,依据随机数字表法的形式将样本分为三组,即实验组1(25例,行动脉溶栓治疗)、实验组2(25例,行动静脉联合溶栓治疗)、实验组3(25例,行机械取栓治疗),比较三组患者治疗情况。结果实验组3的再通时间、血管再通率、TICI血流变化、NIHSS评分和实验组2、实验组1比较,实验组2的NIHSS评分、再通时间和实验组1比较,P<0.05,数据差异有统计学意义。结论将动脉溶栓、机械取栓、动静脉联合溶栓使用在急性脑梗死中均存在一定效果,但更具优势的是机械取栓治疗。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of arterial thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy and arteriovenous thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction. Methods The subjects of this study were 75 patients with acute cerebral infarction who admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018. According to the random number table method, the samples were grouped into three groups, which was experimental group 1 (25 cases, arterial thrombolytic therapy), experimental group 2 (25 cases, combined with intravenous thrombolysis), experimental group 3 (25 cases, mechanical thrombectomy), compared the treatment effect of three groups. Results The recanalization time, vascular recanalization rate, TICI blood flow change, NIHSS score of experimental group 3 were compared with experimental group 2 and experimental group 1, The NIHSS score and recanalization time of experimental group 2 were compared with experimental group 1, all with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Arterial thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy, arteriovenous thrombolysis have a certain effect in acute cerebral infarction, but the more advantageous is mechanical thrombectomy.
