免疫荧光分析法诊断A、B型流感病毒中的临床应用情况 被引量：4

摘要 目的分析免疫荧光分析法诊断A、B型流感病毒中的临床应用情况。方法研究时段自2016年7月-2018年7月,选定本院100例流感患者鼻咽拭子样本,采用GICA(胶体金免疫层析)法以及Sofia InfluenzaA+B FIA检测系统检测A、B型流感病毒。结果 Sofia InfluenzaA+B FIA检测法的阳性检出率(95.00%)显著高于GICA检测法(62.00%)的,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Sofia InfluenzaA+B FIA检测系统具有较高的特异性、灵敏度,可迅速诊断A、B型流感病毒,值得借鉴。
