益母草注射液与缩宫素联合对剖宫产术中及术后出血的影响

Effect of Yimucao Injection Combined with Oxytocin on the Hemorrhage in and after the Cesarean Section

目的探究益母草与缩宫素联合用药治疗剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法将2012年1月—2017年12月期间收治的102例行剖宫产分娩患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组行单一缩宫素治疗,观察组患者采用益母草注射液联合缩宫素共同治疗的方法,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者术中出血量(156.6±9.83)mL、术后2 h出血量(60.2±9.1)mL以及术后24 h出血量(36.1±3.9)mL明显低于对照组(t=17.864、11.426、11.226,P<0.05)。对照组治疗有效率为78.43%,观察组为96.08%(χ~2=5.393,P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为13.73%,观察组为3.92%(χ~2=4.529,P<0.05)。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素治疗剖腹产产后出血效果显著,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of yimucao injection combined with oxytocin on the hemorrhage in and after the cesarean section. Methods 102 cases of delivery patients after the cesarean section in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with single oxytocin, while the observation group used the yimucao injection combined with oxytocin, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount, postoperative 2 h bleeding amount, and postoperative 24 h bleeding amount in the observation group were respectively(156.6±9.83)mL,(60.2±9.1)mL,(36.1±3.9)mL, which were obviously lower than those in the control group(t=17.864, 11.426, 11.226, P<0.05), and the treatment effective rate in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 78.43% and 96.08%(χ^2=5.393, P<0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 13.73% and 3.92%(χ^2=4.529, P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of yimucao injection combined with oxytocin on the hemorrhage in and after the cesarean section is obvious, which is of clinical application value.
