儿童细菌性腹泻的病原微生物检验结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析儿童细菌性腹泻的病原微生物检验结果。方法 2016年3月—2017年10月在该院接受细菌性腹泻治疗的患儿中抽取87例,患儿病情均符合临床相关诊断标准,对全部患儿进行病原微生物检测以及药敏检测,确保各项操作严格依照操作标准规程进行。结果共计检出76株病原微生物,阳性检出率为87.36%,肠致病性大肠杆菌检出患者为19例,占比为25%,弧菌属检出患者为13例,占比为17.11%,志贺菌检出患者为37例,检出率为48.68%,检出其他病原菌7例,占比为8.05%,志贺菌检出率明显高于其他病原菌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药敏试验结果显示肠致病性大肠杆菌、弧菌属、志贺菌以及其他病原菌对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、头孢三嗪以及头孢哌酮均存在耐药性,肠致病性大肠杆菌对氨苄西林、头孢三嗪以及头孢哌酮耐药性高于50%,弧菌属对阿莫西林以及氨苄西林耐药性高于50%,志贺菌对氨苄西林以及头孢哌酮耐药性高于50%。结论肠致病性大肠杆菌、志贺菌、弧菌属等均为引发细菌性腹泻的常见病原菌,各类微生物对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、头孢三嗪以及头孢哌酮等均存在耐药性,为了保证和提升治疗效果必须对不同细菌的耐药性情况进行及时监测并确保科学合理用药。 Objective To analyze the test results of pathogenic microorganism in children with bacterial diarrhea. Methods 87 cases of children with bacterial diarrhea in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were selected, and the disease of children met the clinical diagnosis standards, and all children were for pathogenic microorganism and drug sensitive test, and we should ensure various operations to strictly conduct according to the operation standard procedures. Results 76 strains of pathogenic microorganisms were tested in total, the positive test rate was 87.36%, 19 cases with enteropathogenic E.coli were tested, accounting for 25%, 13 cases with vibrio were tested, accounting for 17.11%, 37 cases with shigella, accounting for 48.68%, 7 cases with other pathogenic bacteria, accounting for 8.05%, and the test rate of shigella was obviously higher than that of other pathogenic bacteria, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05, and the drug sensitive test results showed that the enteropathogenic escherichia coli, vibrio, shigella and other pathogenic bacteria against amoxicillin, ampicillin, ceftriaxone and cefoperazone were resistant, and the drug-resistant rate of enteropathogenic E.Coli to ampicillin, ceftriaxone, and cefoperazone was over 50%, the drug resistance of vibrio to amoxicillin and ampicillin was over 50%, and the drug resistance of shigella to ampicillin and cefoperazone was over 50%. Conclusion The enterotoxigenic escherichia coli, shigella, and vibrio are the common pathogenic bacteria of bacterial diarrhea, and various microorganisms are resistant to amoxicillin, ampicillin, ceftriaxone and cefoperazone, in order to ensure and improve the treatment effect, we must monitor the resistance of different bacteria in time and ensure the scientific and rational medication.
