老年患者癌痛护理中两种疼痛评估量表的效果研究

Study on Effect of Two Pains Evaluation Scale in the Cancer Pains Nursing of Senile Patients

目的探讨分析面部表情量表法(FRS-R)与数字疼痛分级量表(NRS)在老年患者癌痛护理中的应用效果。对比分析两组患者的疼痛缓解率、疼痛对生活状态影响评分、对疼痛评估量表的理解程度。方法选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的44例65岁以上的老年癌症患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予FRS-R疼痛评估,观察组给予NRS疼痛评估,观察两组患者的疼痛缓解情况,疼痛对生活状态的影响,以及患者对疼痛评估量表的理解程度。结果观察组患者疼痛缓解率为90.91%,对照组疼痛缓解率为77.27%,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.292,P=0.011);观察组患者疼痛对生活质量总评分为(17.53±1.2)分,对照组疼痛对生活质量总评分为(23.61±0.9)分,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(t=19.012,P=0.000);观察组患者对疼痛评估量表的理解程率高达95.45%,对照组则为81.82%,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.303,P=0.007)。结论对老年癌症患者的癌痛护理中,FRS-R更容易被患者接受和理解,但NRS则在疼痛缓解上具有明显的优势,并且有效改善了疼痛对患者生活的影响。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of FRS-R and NRS in the cancer pains nursing of senile patients and analyze and compare the pains relief rate, effect score of pains on the life state, and understanding of the pains evaluation scale. Methods 44 cases of senile cancer patients above 65 years old from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups, the control group were for FRS-R pain evaluation, while the observation group were for NRS pain evaluation, and the pain relief condition, effect of pains on the life state, and understanding degree of the pains evaluation scale of the two groups were observed. Results The pains relief rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 90.91% and 77.27%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.292, P=0.011); and the total score of pains to the quality of life in the observation group and in the control group was respectively(17.53±1.2)points and (23.61±0.9)points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.012, P=0.000); and the understanding rate of pains evaluation scale in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 95.45% and 81.82%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=8.303, P=0.007). Conclusion The FRS-R is more easy to be accepted and recognized in the cancer pain nursing of senile patients, but the NRS has an obvious advantage in the pains relief, and it can effectively improve the effect of pains on the life.
