手术室规范化护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的效果评价

Evaluation on Effect of Standardized Nursing in the Operation Room in the Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的分析手术室规范护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的效果评价。方法选取该院于2017年1月—2018年2月收治的124例接受人工全髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为2组,对照组(n=62)行常规护理方法,观察组(n=62)行手术室规范化护理方法。比较2组患者的手术体征指标变化、并发症发生情况及手术成功率。结果术后,观察组患者的心跳频率(72.62±10.82)次/min、呼吸频率(17.63±2.85)次/min、血压(121.42±18.32)mmHg显著优于对照组(78.42±12.68)次/min、(19.88±3.26)次/min、(134.25±15.24)mmHg(t=2.739、4.091、4.239,P=0.007、0.000、0.000,P<0.05);其并发症发生率(3.23%)显著低于对照组(16.13%);其手术成功率(100.00%)显著高于对照组(95.16%)(χ~2=9.516、4.960,P=0.002、0.025,P<0.05)。结论手术室规范化护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中护理效果显著,既可促进手术体征指标稳定,减少并发症情况,又可显著提高手术成功率,安全性、可行性均高,值得在人工全髋关节置换术中大力推广。

Objective To analyze the evaluation effect of standardized nursing in the operation room in the total hip arthroplasty. Methods 124 cases of patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 62 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing method, while the observation group used the standardized nursing method in the operation room, and the changes of operative vital signs, occurrence of complications and operative success rate were compared between the two groups. Results After surgery, the heart rate, respiration frequency, and blood pressure in the observation group were respectively(72.62±10.82)times/min,(17.63±2.85)times/min,(121.42±18.32)mmHg, which were obviously better than those in the control group,(78.42±12.68)times/min,(19.88±3.26)times/min,(134.25±15.24)mmHg,(t=2.739, 4.091, 4.239, P=0.007, 0.000, 0.000, P<0.05), and the incidence rate of complications was obviously lower than that in the control group (3.23% vs 16.13%), and the success rate of operation was obviously higher than that in the control group (100.00% vs 95.16%,(χ^2=9.516, 4.960, P=0.002, 0.025, P< 0.05). Conclusion The effect of standardized nursing in the operation room in the total hip arthroplasty is obvious, which can promote the stable operation signs, reduce the complications and it cal also obviously improve the operative success rate, and the safety and feasibility are high, and it is worth great promotion in clinic.
