疼痛控制护理在创伤性骨折患者术后康复的运用

Application of Pain Control Nursing in the Postoperative Recovery of Patients after the Traumatic Fracture

目的研究探讨疼痛控制护理在创伤性骨折患者术后康复的应用效果。方法拟定该研究于2018年1—6月在该院进行,以规定研究时段内收治的80例创伤性骨折患者为研究对象,随机均分两组,各40例,以常规护理为对照,以疼痛控制护理为观察组,分析疼痛控制护理的价值所在,并对比两组的恢复效果、满意度,住院时间、骨折愈合时间等。结果观察组的恢复率为92.5%,对照组的为80.0%(χ~2=9.125,P=0.019);观察组恢复效果较对照组高,观察组满意度97.5%,较对照组87.5%高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.846,P=0.024)。结论疼痛控制护理可以减少创伤性骨折患者术后康复时间、骨折愈合时间,增强患者的满意度和治疗效果,改善预后,效果显著,值得去推广应用。

Objective To study and discuss the application effect of pain control nursing in the postoperative recovery of patients after the traumatic fracture. Methods 80 cases of patients with traumatic fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the pain control nursing, and the value of pain control nursing was analyzed, and the recovery effect, satisfactory degree, length of stay, and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 92.5% and 80%(χ^2=9.125, P=0.019); and the recovery effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (97.5% vs 87.5%)(χ^2=5.846, P=0.024), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The pain control nursing can reduce the postoperative recovery time, fracture healing time of patients, enhance the satisfactory degree and treatment effect and improve the prognosis, and the effect is obvious, and it is worth promotion and application.
