摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务模式在门诊输液患者中应用的效果评价。方法:选择2017年6-12月在笔者所在医院门诊输液的200例患者分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组按照传统护理模式进行护理,观察组采用优质护理服务模式。两组患者接受输液时间均超过3 d。比较两组患者在输液过程出现的并发症和患者对护理服务质量满意度。结果:观察组输液过程并发症发生率明显低于对照组,对护理服务满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊输液患者中实施优质护理服务,能很好地融洽了护患关系,提高了护理质量和患者的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect evaluation of the application of high quality nursing service mode in the patients in the outpatient transfusion.Method:200 patients in outpatient infusion in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2017 were chosen to be divided into observation group and control group,either of which had 100 cases.The control group was treated according to the traditional nursing mode.And the high quality nursing service mode was adopted in the observation group.The infusion time was more than three days in both groups.The complications in the infusion process and the satisfaction of the patients with the nursing service quality were compared.Result:The complications of the observation group in the infusion process were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the satisfaction of nursing service was significantly higher than that of the control group.The comparative difference of the two groups was significant.Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing service in the patients in outpatient transfusion can well harmonize the nurse-patient relationship and improve the nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
