Objective:To study the clinical value of high quality nursing in controlling blood pressure, improving pregnancy outcome and improving quality of life in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Method:78 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from October 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and drug treatment, while the observation group received high quality nursing on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks of intervention, the blood pressure level, incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the blood pressure level in the two groups was lower than that before the treatment. The blood pressure level in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of bad pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing helps to reduce blood pressure level, improve pregnancy outcome and improve quality of life in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
