护理干预对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后膀胱痉挛的影响效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Bladder Spasm after Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor

目的:护理干预对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术术后膀胱痉挛发生率的影响。方法:采用单双号分组法将2016年6月-2017年12月于笔者所在医院接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的50例患者分成两组,各25例。一组实施常规手术护理(对照组),另一组采取针对性护理。比较两组膀胱痉挛发生情况及生活质量的变化。结果:观察组术后膀胱痉挛发生率(12.00%)更低,持续时间更短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时物质生活评分(82.56±2.12)分、社会功能评分(84.41±2.09)分、心理功能评分(85.51±1.13)分、躯体功能评分(84.95±1.15)分,各生活质量维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者实施针对性的护理干预可以有效预防膀胱痉挛,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the incidence of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Method:50 patients who received transurethral resection of bladder tumor from June 2016 to December 2017 were divided into 2 groups,25 cases in each.One group received routine surgical nursing(control group)and the other group received targeted nursing(observation group).Compared the occurrence of bladder spasm and the change of quality of life in two groups.Result:The incidence of postoperative bladder spasm in the observation group(12.00%)was lower,the duration was shorter(P<0.05).The scores of material life,social function,psychological function and body function were(82.56±2.12)points,(84.41±2.09)points,(85.51±1.13)points and(84.95±1.15)points,respectively,the scores of each dimension of life quality were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of transurethral resection of bladder tumor can effectively prevent bladder spasm and improve the quality of life.
