中企在拉美地区新能源市场的开发策略

摘要 拉美地区资源丰富,营商环境良好,是全球最有发展潜力的新能源新兴市场。中国企业在拉美地区有着前所未有的市场机遇,但也面临更大的竞争、障碍和风险,对中企的技术实力、软实力、商务运作实力等提出了更高的要求。通过对拉美的区位、资源、市场和投资环境进行分析、对新能源领域相关政策法律进行解读,可以对中企在拉美的新能源开发思路提供借鉴。 Latin-American region,rich in natural resources and ideal business environment,is the potential and new markets for the new energy development.Chinese enterprises in the region is with unprecedented opportunities and face strong competition,hurdles and risks as well.Additionally,technical strength,capacity and business ability of the Chinese enterprises are required highly.Through analysis on location,resources,markets and investment environment of Latin-American region,policies and law for the new energy development are described,which can be referred to the Chinese enterprises developing the new energy in the region.
