泵站进水池池宽水力特性数值模拟 被引量:4

Numerical Simulation of Width Hydraulic Features of Incoming Tank in Pump Station

摘要 为研究进水池池宽对水泵的进水流态及水力性能的影响,运用CFD软件对不同池宽下的进水池进行数值模拟,分析不同池宽下进水池的水流流态及水泵的进水条件,研究结果表明:当矩形进水池的宽度取(2.8~3.0)倍的喇叭口直径时最理想,满足水泵进水条件及技术经济性。 The incoming tank is numerically simulated by application of CFD software in condition of different tank width to explore impacts of the tank width to incoming pattern and hydraulic performance of the pump.The incoming pattern of the incoming tank and the incoming conditions of the pump under the different tank width are analyzed.The study presents that it is ideal while the rectangular tank width is 2.8~3.0 times diameter of bell mouth.This width can satisfy the incoming conditions and technical economy of the pump.
