摘要 对混凝土面板滑模的分节组装及侧模拼装固定施工工艺进行改进,形成滑模长度按板宽尺寸为一体,整体运输、安装就位后加配重,侧模制作成钢钎插销式标准节装配式安装方法;在加快面板混凝土施工速度、节约周转材料的同时,又最大限度地减少面板混凝土初期裂缝的形成,确保面板混凝土施工质量。 The construction technology for the section assembly and fixing of the sliding formworks for concrete face is improved so that the sliding formworks length could be the same as that of the board width.Therefore,the formworks are transported,positioned,installed and counterweighted in an integrated way.The lateral formworks are manufactured in a steel plug one and installed in standard and assembly section.From these improvements,cracks in the concrete face at initial stage are minimized to secure construction quality of the concrete face while the concrete face construction is expedited and materials are reduced for turnover.
