基于城市发展的鼓浪屿龙头路历史文化街区空间演变

Spatial Evolution Based on Urban Development of Historical and Cultural Streets in Longtou Road,Gulangyu

鼓浪屿因其独特的人文和自然景观吸引着众多游客,但在旅游经济发展热的同时,对自然环境及历史文化的保护在一定程度上造成了冲击。以鼓浪屿龙头路为例,通过路段现状空间环境调研及古今对比,辅以腾讯宜出行热力图分析作参考,从空间及人文两方面出发,研究其发展状态,以期为龙头路下一阶段的历史街区保护规划提供理论依据。研究结果发现,龙头路作为鼓浪屿最聚人气的历史街区,历史空间大体保留完好,但历史文化氛围缺失,原有的侨民文化气息弱;同时作为商业街区,商业业态辨识度低,缺乏独特性。

Gulangyu attracts many tourists because of its unique humanities and natural landscapes. However, the development of tourism economy has affected the protection of the natural environment and history and culture to a certain extent. This article takes Gulangyu Longtou Road as an example. Through the investigation of the current space environment of road section and comparison between ancient and modern, supplemented by the analysis of the thermal map of Tencent, the development status of road is studied from the perspective of space and humanities, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the historical block protection planning of Longtou Roadinnext stage. The study found that Longtou Road is the most popular historical district in Gulangyu. The historical space is generally intact, but the historical and cultural atmosphere is lacking, and the original diaspora culture atmosphere is weak. At the same time, as a commercial block, the commercial format is low in recognition and lacks uniqueness.
