摘要
在广州高密度老旧小区微改造工作的背景下,借鉴国内外高密度城市微绿地的研究与实践,通过资料收集和实地调研,总结出老旧小区步行道路绿地的主要类型包括无种植道路、单双边灌木种植道路、单双边乔木种植道路、乔木-灌木种植道路。根据其存在的绿地总量低、配套设施缺乏专门管理、植物景观效果欠佳等问题与乔木资源丰富、居民自主营造绿地意愿强烈等微改造有利条件,提出优化植物种植、布置可移动装置、设置景观小品和适当运用透水性铺装等具体的微改造策略,以期为高密度城市老旧小区步行道路绿地的优化提供参考。
Under the background of micro-transformation of high-density old residential area in Guangzhou, combined with the related research of mini green space construction in high-density environment at domestic and overseas, the strategies of micro-transformation of pedestrian green spaces in Guangzhou old residential area were studied. Based on field investigation and relevant data collection of old residential areas, this paper summarizes four main types of pedestrian green spaces, according to the shortage of quantity, lack of supporting facilities management, poor landscape effect and other favorable conditions such as abundant tree resources and strong residents’ willingness to build, strategies such as optimizing plant planting, arranging movable devices, setting landscape pieces and appropriately applying permeable pavement are proposed.
