箱梁预应力智能张拉施工技术的应用及分析 被引量:2

摘要 对箱梁进行预应力的智能张拉是由电脑进行全过程操作的一种新型技术,它可以按照智能化的程序进行预应力的规范化施工,从而有效地避免人工张拉引起的失误,提升预应力的施工质量。以疏港联络线跨线桥工程预制梁场为例。对641榀箱梁采用了传统的张拉和智能张拉两种技术。通过数据的对比分析,发现在外界温度相同,龄期一样且混凝土的强度相近时,人工张拉的箱梁伸长量偏差过大,总体数据的离散性也较大。智能张拉的伸长量十分接近设计的数值,其数据的离散性也很小。并可节约大量经济成本。 Intelligent prestressing of box girder is a new technology which is operated by computer in the whole process. It can standardize the construction of prestressing according to the intellectualized procedure,thus effectively avoid the mistakes caused by manual tension and improve the construction quality of prestressing,whether in economy or technology. It is worthy of application and promotion. Based on the engineering case,the techniques of traditional prestressing and intelligent prestressing are compared under similar external temperature and concrete intension. The results show that the elongation of intelligent tension is very close to the designed value,with slight data dispersion.
