基于AHP的农村污水治理评价体系研究

Evaluation System of Rural Sewage Treatment Based on AHP

通过分析农村污水治理评价指标体系建设的必要性,运用AHP层次分析法,建构农村污水治理评价体系,包括经济效益、处理工艺、环境效益、社会效益四个指标,计算指标权重结果显示环境效益比重最大,而美观性是环境效益的核心要素,表明农村污水排放对环境的影响巨大。在经济效益中,初期建设费用和政策因素较为重要。这些可为建立科学、合理的农村污水治理系统提供参考。

Due to the development of new rural construction,the sewage problems in rural area increased,but the rural sewage disposal system and operation management mechanism still needs to be constantly improved. Based on AHP,the evaluation index system of rural sewage treatment is put forward,covering the indicators of economic indicators,treatment processes,environmental benefits and social benefits. The calculated index weight shows that the environmental benefit is the largest proportion among the overall benefits,which indicates that the rural sewage discharge has great impact on environment. The initial construction cost and policy factors are more important in economic benefits. The research provides references for the establishment of scientific and reasonable rural sewage treatment system.
