车辆荷载作用下软土地基上预制综合管廊受力特征分析 被引量:10

摘要 结合工程实例,采用ANSYS软件建立管廊土体相互作用模型,分析车辆荷载作用下软土地基上预制综合管廊的受力变形特征。研究结果表明,软土地基上车辆荷载的作用可造成跨城市主干道预制综合管廊存在明显的不均匀沉降现象,如果车道数增加这种不均匀沉降现象进一步扩大。为了提高防水效果宜采用双胶圈企口接口。不均匀沉降对连接螺栓拉应力影响很大,不均匀沉降量不影响综合管廊的功能时,增加螺栓长度是降低螺栓拉应力的有效措施,比增加螺栓直径和根数经济。 Based on the engineering practice,a numerical model of utility tunnel with soil interaction was used to simulate its mechanical characteristics on soft soil foundation under vehicle loads.The results indicate that the impact of vehicles loads on soft soil foundation will result in obvious differential settlement of precast concrete utility tunnel beneath intercity main roads,and this impact will increase when the number of lane is increased.Double rubber groove and tongue connector is used to improve the waterproof effect.Since the differential settlement will influence the tensile stress of the bolts,to minimize this influence,it is recommended to increase the bolt length to reduce the tensile stress,which is cheaper than increase the bolt diameter and number of bolts.
