我国警察媒介素养调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Police Media Literacy in China

现代社会是一个以媒介为主导的信息社会,媒介化警务工作的发展对人民警察的媒介素养提出了更高的要求。调查显示,移动互联网已经成为现代公安民警主要接触和使用媒介的手段,公安民警普遍对媒介信息持谨慎态度,借助媒介互动、解决问题的频率较低,应对媒体能力较弱,学习意愿没有得到充分满足。其背后原因包括民警群体宣传缺乏主动性,警媒关系"新旧矛盾"交替出现,提升媒介素养驱动力缺乏,公安机关对媒介素养教育、培训不重视,科学媒体应对机制缺乏等。建议转变传统媒介素养观念,提高媒介素养意识,充分利用各种资源开展媒介素养教育,完善媒介应对机制。

Modern society is a media oriented information society, and the development of media policing which puts forward higher requirements for the police media literacy. According to the investigations, mobile internet has become the main means of using media methods by police officer in modern society, the police officer has been become more cautious with media information, which is related with the low frequency of media interaction and problem solution with the weak ability of media response, and the learning willingness has not been able to cope adequately with police officer. The underlying reasons behind these problems include the lack of initiative in police groups promotions,the alternation of "old and new contradictions" in the relationship between police and media, the lack of motivation in media literacy promotion, the neglect of public security organs in media literacy education and training, the lack of scientific media response mechanisms and so on. We should change the traditional media literacy concept, enhance the media literacy awareness, utilize various resources to develop media literacy education, and improve the media response mechanism.
