海南旅游国际化发展现状、问题与对策——以自由贸易区(港)建设为背景

Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Tourism Internationalization of Hainan——Under the Background of Free Trade Area(Port) Construction

为了实现自由贸易区(港)政策体系中的国际旅游消费中心建设目标,应对海南旅游国际化发展中新的机遇和要求,探索自由贸易区(港)建设背景下的海南旅游国际化发展问题,本文基于统计数据、文献资料和实际调查,分析了海南旅游国际化发展的优势、基本态势以及其中存在的问题,结合自由贸易区(港)的最新政策,提出了海南旅游国际化发展的主要对策,使旅游产业成为海南自由贸易区(港)建设的支柱和先导产业,并且使海南实现更加高效、公平和可持续发展。

The construction goal of international tourism consumption center in the policy system of free trade area(port) has put forward new opportunities and requirements for the internationalization development of tourism industry of Hainan. It is of great practical significance to explore tourism internationalization development under the background of the construction of free trade area(port). Based on statistical data, literature and actual investigation, this paper analyzes the advantages, basic situation and existing problems of tourism internationalization development in Hainan, and puts forward the main countermeasures, so as to make the tourism industry become pillar and leading industries under the construction of free trade area(port),make Hainan more efficient, fair and sustainable development.
