摘要
针对原燃煤发电机组改造为燃气发电机组建设工程中的旧冷却塔的改造和使用问题,介绍了改造工程背景,阐述了旧冷却塔改造的优缺点,对旧冷却塔进行了检测,设计了加固施工方案,分析了机组投产后发现的问题并提出了临时措施和解决方案,提高了冷却塔配水系统运行效果,保证了设备运行寿命和运行安全性,为类似工程建设和使用提供了经验借鉴。
In view of the problems of reform and use of old cooling tower in the construction project of transforming coalfired generator sets into gas-fired generator sets, this paper introduces the background of reform projects, expounds the advantages and disadvantages of reforming old cooling towers, inspects the old cooling towers, designs the reinforcement construction scheme, and analyses the problems found after the sets are put into operation. Provisional measures and solutions are proposed to improve the operation effect of cooling tower water distribution system, ensure the operation life and safety of equipment. It provides experience for similar engineering construction and use.
