摘要
采用ADAMS软件仿真大型矿用挖掘机在不同工况下的受力状态,并采用有限元方法分析大型矿用挖掘机底架梁和履带架在动态情况下的受力状态,为大型矿用挖掘机底架梁和履带架的设计和改进提供了理论依据和方法。
ADAMS software is adopted to simulate the travel states of the electric rope shovel from the perspectives of dynamics under different working conditions. Based on the simulation result, the stress states of the carbody and crawler frame of large mining excavator are examined by the means of finite element analysis, which provides a new way and guide for the design and improvement of carbody and crawler frame.
