君子文化是我国优秀的传统文化遗产,具有丰富的廉洁文化价值。君子重义轻利的价值观有利于型塑清正廉明的个人品行,君子自律优雅的人生追求有利于营造自守廉洁的社会正气,君子深厚的家国情怀有利于强化知识分子的公共关怀意识。当今高校应该立足于君子文化,促进高校教师的廉洁文化自觉,强化高校的廉教廉政实践,推动高校的廉洁文化实践。

Junzi culture is an excellent traditional cultural heritage of our country.It has a rich value of integrity cultural.Junzi thinks that justice is above material gains,which is beneficial to person’s moral quality;Junzi’s pursuit of self discipline and elegance is beneficial to the creation of healthy trends;Junzi’s patriotism is beneficial to the strengthening of the public spirit.Nowadays,higher education institutions should be based on Junzi culture to promote university teachers’ self-consciousness of the integrity culture,and strengthen the practice of integrity culture,which can promote the construction of integrity culture in higher education institutions.
