摘要 为提取航空发动机转子相对机匣的运动特征,在叶尖间隙测试方法的基础上,建立了理论间隙、实际间隙最小值、转子偏心距、偏心角度及轴心轨迹等特征参数的提取模型。利用该模型从涡轮试验件叶尖间隙测试数据中,计算出该试验件理论间隙、实际间隙最小值、转子偏心距、偏心角度及轴心轨迹随转速的变化规律,从中发现了试验件发生转静碰磨的深度与角度,并与分解检查情况相符。这些特征参数对于转静间隙评估、转静故障预判具有重要作用。 In order to extract the relative motion characteristics of rotor to casing on aero-engine, the extraction model of feature parameters that consist of theoretical clearance, actual minimum running clearance, rotor eccentricity, eccentricity angle and shaft center orbit were created based on tip clearance measurement. This model can be used to calculate the change rule of theoretical clearance, actual minimum running clearance, rotor eccentricity, eccentricity angle and shaft center orbit with engine speed from the acquired turbine tip clearance data. The depth and angle of rotor-stator rubbing could also be found, which were consistent with the decomposition inspection. The calculated characteristic parameters are of great importance to the estimation of rotor-stator gap and prediction of rotor-stator failure.
