海外背景高管与企业创新——基于企业创新能力动态发展的视角 被引量:14

摘要 基于企业创新能力的动态发展视角,以2011—2015年电子通信行业197家上市企业为样本,运用分位数与双重差分回归方法探索海外背景高管对企业创新的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:海外背景高管对电子通信上市企业创新能力的提升具有明显的促进作用;海外背景高管通过发挥"知识溢出"效应的优势,同时克服"水土不服"效应的劣势促进企业创新能力不断提高;随着企业创新水平的上升,海外背景高管的"知识溢出"效应的优势越来越强,而"水土不服"的劣势越来越弱;提高海外背景高管比率更有利于提升处于高等创新水平企业的创新能力。研究结论丰富与扩展了高管特定背景特征与企业创新之间匹配关系的研究,并对推动"万众创新"政策落地提供微观经验支撑。 Based on the dynamic development perspective of enterprise innovation capability,this paper takes 197 listed companies in the electronic communication industry as samples from 2011 to 2015,and uses the quantile and double difference regression method to explore the impact of overseas background executives on enterprise innovation and its mechanism.The following conclusions are drawn:overseas background executives have a significant role in promoting the innovation capability of electronic communication listed companies;overseas background executives have overcome the disadvantage of"water and soil disapproval"by exerting the advantage of"knowledge spillover"effect.Promote the continuous improvement of enterprise innovation ability;with the rise of enterprise innovation level,the advantage of"knowledge spillover"effect of overseas background executives is increasing,and the disadvantage of"unacceptable"is getting smaller and smaller;increasing the ratio of overseas background executives It is more conducive to enhancing the innovation ability of enterprises with high innovation level.The research conclusions enrich and expand the research on the matching relationship between the specific background characteristics of executives and enterprise innovation,and provide micro-experience support for promoting the"global innovation"policy.
