客家山歌保护传承中的组织建构与组织嵌入

Organizational Construction and Organizational Embedment in the Protection of Hakka Folk Songs

通过对客家山歌保护传承中的组织研究,分析了三种文化精英、组织建构的两条路径和组织嵌入的四个系统。研究认为,无论是政府主导的组织,还是民间社会组织的自身演化形成,都能够为客家山歌的传承与发展提供稳定的整合性基础平台。客家山歌保护与传承通过嵌入到政府、市场、教育、网络技术四个系统之中,才能够与外界形成一种动态开放的资源与服务交换,进而维续组织的可持续发展与运行。

Through the organizational research in the protection and inheritance of Hakka folk songs, three types of cultural elites, two paths of organizational construction and four systems embedded in the organization are analyzed. The study believes that whether it is a government-led organization or a civil society organization, it can provide a stable and integrated platform for the inheritance and development of Hakka folk songs. Embedded in the four systems of government, market, education and network technology, the protection and inheritance of Hakka folk songs can form a dynamic and open exchange of resources and services with the outside world, thus maintain the sustainable development and operation of the organization.
