我国世界“双一流”建设:政策回顾、存在问题与实践路径

摘要 我国世界"双一流"建设政策历程经历了四个阶段。在国家政策和政府的有力推动下,我国世界"双一流"建设取得较大成就的同时,也存在不合理因素;重科研工作,轻教书育人;重政府控制,轻大学自治等问题与偏颇。面对困境,我国世界"双一流"建设要做到对"双一流"名单要进一步调整;创新高校人才的培养模式;落实大学办学自主权,重塑大学自由之精神。 The construction of China's "Double first-class" has gone through four stages.Under the impetus of national policy and government, China's "Double first-class" construction has made great achievements; nevertheless, there are problems and bias in the list of "Double first-class" construction in our country: Emphasis on scientific research vs ignorance of education and teaching, reliance on government control vs lack of university autonomy etc. In the face of difficulties, the "Double first-class" construction list should be further adjusted, the models for talents cultivation should be created, the autonomy of universities should be implemented and the spirit of university should be rebuilt.
