摘要
"双一流"是国家期盼建成高等教育强国的战略抉策部署。在"双一流"建设中,地方师范大学的发展定位和内部结构调整面临着全新的机遇和挑战。对照"双一流"建设的内在要求和结合对地方师范大学属性的认识,坚守师范主体性、强化特色理念、服务地方发展三大定位是地方师范大学在"双一流"建设中的应然态势,深化综合性师范大学的思考、注重接地气学科的建设、着力特色学科的凝聚、定位应用型的发展方向、展现对话国际的格局五大指向应是"双一流"建设中地方师范大学的必然选择。
"Double first-class" is a national strategy that is to build China into a powerful country in higher education. In the construction of "double first-class", the development orientation and internal structure adjustment of local normal universities are faced with new opportunities and challenges. In contrast to the inherent requirements of "double first-class" construction and the properties of local normal universities, adhering to pedagogical subjectivity, strengthening the concept of characteristics and serving the local development is a trend for local normal universities positioning. In order to follow the trend, local normal universities must deepen the thinking of comprehensive normal universities, pay attention to the construction of the subjects of approachability, focus on the cohesion of the special subjects, position the developing direction of the applied type and show the five major directions of the international pattern of dialogue.
