贫困地区医疗可达性空间差异分析

Spatial disparity analysis of medical accessibility in poor areas

"因病致贫"是造成目前贫困现状的重要因素,对医疗可达性进行研究是实现医疗扶贫的重要途径。以安徽省舒城县为例,利用空间分析、改进引力模型对贫困地区医疗条件进行可达性分析。结果发现:1)舒城县行政村医疗可达性具有明显的空间分布差异,县城东部、东南部和县城中心区域的医疗可达性较好,可达性较差的区域位于舒城县中部呈"T"字型分布。2)贫困人口和医疗资源的分布空间耦合度小,具有明显的分布不均匀特点,就医空间可达性级别较高的区域集中在杭阜镇、城关镇、舒茶镇和晓天镇;3)医疗机构集聚和分散态势明显,医疗机构可达性最大值是最小值的108倍。

"Poverty due to illness" is an important factor causing the current poverty situation,and the study of medical accessibility is an important way to achieve medical poverty alleviation.Taken Shucheng County of Anhui Province as an example,the accessibility of medical conditions in poverty-stricken areas is analyzed by using spatial analysis and improved gravity model.The result shows that:a)There are significant spatial differences in the medical accessibility of Shucheng County administrative village.The eastern,southeastern and central districts of Shucheng County had better medical accessibility.The districts with poor medical accessibility are located in the middle of Shucheng County in the "T" distribution;b)The spatial coupling degree of poverty population and medical resources is small,and the distribution is obviously uneven.The areas with higher accessibility level are concentrated in Hangfu Town,Chengguan Town,Shucha Town and Xiaotian Town;c)The concentration and dispersion situation of medical institutions is obvious.The maximum accessibility of medical institutions is 108 times the minimum value.
