党的十八届三中全会聚焦全面深化改革,习近平总书记就为什么和怎么样进行全面深化改革提出了15个领域改革措施。以四项基本原则为前提,以两点论和重点论为根本方法,以全面从严治党为方针的党的建设等八个方面建构"全面改革"的理论架构;切实把"全面改革"统筹"五位一体""四个全面""四个伟大"提供坚实的动力支持、理论指导和制度保障。十九大的召开,习近平总书记明确了改革的根本动力、前提原则、根本途径、关键点、推进方式和根本方法,为深入推动全面深化改革指明了发展方向。以中国特色"全面改革"成功经验为世界各国政党应对本国和世界存在的动力不足的问题提供了中国智慧和中国方案。

The third plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee has been focused on comprehensively deepening reforms.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposes 15 reform measures on why and how to carry out comprehensive and deepening reforms.Based on the four basic principles,the two-point theory and the key theory are the fundamental methods,and the theoretical framework of "comprehensive reform" is constructed in eight aspects,including the construction of party building based on the principle of strictly administering the party,and the "comprehensive reform"is effectively coordinated.The Five Integrals,the Four Comprehensives,and the Four Greats provide solid motivation,theoretical guidance,and institutional guarantees.At the convening of the nineteenth national congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping clarified the fundamental driving force,premise principle,fundamental approach,key points,promotion methods and fundamental methods of reform,and pointed out the direction of development for further promoting comprehensive and deepening reform.With the successful experience of"comprehensive reform"with Chinese characteristics,China’s wisdom and China’s programs have been provided for the world’s political parties to cope with the lack of motivation of their own country and the world.
