协商民主视域下高等院校辅导员学生管理能力探析

Analysis on student management ability of college counselors from the perspective of deliberative democracy

高等院校是传播、教授和运用协商民主的重要场所。在高等院校学生事务管理中引入协商民主管理思想是适应新时代高等院校学生工作的内在要求。协商民主的应用有助于提升高等院校公共决策质量、维护广大师生合法权益及塑造教师和未来公民人格精神。高等院校辅导员学生工作已从"管理"走向"共同治理",协商民主的引入成为新时期高等院校辅导员开展学生工作的新趋势。文章提出辅导员在学生工作中实践协商民主应具备理性思辨能力、创设民主协商环境的能力、开展协商对话能力、建设和维护好班级自治组织能力、开发和实施协商课程的能力以及调查研究能力。

The college is an important place to disseminate,teach and run the deliberative democracy.Introducing the idea of deliberative democratic management into the management of student affairs is the inherent requirement for colleges to adapt to the schoolwork of students in the new era.The application of deliberative democracy helps to improve the quality of public decision-making,exert the legitimate rights and safeguard interests of teachers and students,and shape the personality of teachers and future citizens.The schoolwork of college counselors has changed from "management"to "common governance".The introduction of consultative democracy has become a new trend for college counselors to carry out student work in the new era.This paper mainly puts forward the rational thinking ability,the ability of creating a democratic consultative environment,the ability of practicing consultative dialogue,the ability of building and maintaining class self-governess,the ability of developing and implementing consultative courses,and the ability of investigating and studying when counselors practice consultative democracy in student work.
