肌氧技术及其在运动实践中的应用现状 被引量:12

摘要 运用文献综述法,对肌氧技术的原理及其在机能状态评估、机体有氧代谢能力评价、运动负荷强度监控、运动效果及恢复能力判断等方面的研究进展进行归纳、总结。结论:肌氧技术能对骨骼肌在氧供与氧耗过程中的生理学信息进行精确和可重复的测量监控,在运动实践中的应用具有十分光明的前景;但肌氧技术作为一种新型的研究肌肉氧耗与氧运输工具尚缺乏足够数据支撑,还需要融合其他学科研究方法,以进一步完善。 The application status and research progress of the oxygenation measuring technique detected in sports have been reviewed. Changes of oxygenation at exercise can be used to assess physical condition,aerobic capacity,exercise load intensity and training effect and recovery of the body after exercise.Results show that the oxygenation measuring technique can be precisely and repeated measurement and assessment tissue oxygen content in the process of change,can be got through the test of oxygen supply and consumption physiological information in the recovery. The application in sports has very bright prospect. Meanwhile,the oxygenation measuring technique and other new method still exists some shortage,detection and analysis method will further improve by combining with human movement science disciplines in the future.
