龙子祠泉域底栖动物群落组成及水质生物学评价 被引量:3

摘要 2016年5月20—26日和7月25—30日设4个采样点,采用常规方法(用30cm×30cm的苏泊网采集底栖动物)调查山西省临汾市西南的岩溶大泉-龙子祠泉域底栖动物群落组成和生物学评价指标。调查期间共采集到4门7纲30属(种)底栖动物,其中昆虫纲(主要是蜉蝣目和毛翅目)和寡毛纲(主要是颤蚓类)个体数最多;官磑村底栖动物总个体数和总生物量最高,鲟养殖场次之。敏感种生物指数评价分析表明,临汾水厂和官磑村采样点水质为中度污染,鲟养殖场和入汾河口采样点水质为重度污染。龙子祠泉域水资源环境受到一定程度的污染。本研究结果表明,敏感种生物指数评价方法最适合该泉域水质环境评价。 Community composition of zoobenthos was investigated at 4 sampling points in LongZiCi Karst spring was on 20-26 May and 25-30 July of 2016 and water quality was evaluated by conventional biological index(Collection of zoobenthos by 30 cm × 30 cm’s Su Bo net). It was found that there were 7 classes and 31 genera(species) were identified in LongZiCi Karst spring, with the maximal insecta(primarily ephemeroptera and Triptera) and oligoptera(primarily chrylostoma), and the maximal total biomass and total biological individualst in the Guanggai village, followed by Sturgeon breeding farm. The biological indies of sensitive species revealed that moderate pollution was observed in Linfen Water works and Guanggai Village sites, and serious pollution in Sturgeon breeding farm and the Fenhe mouth, indicating that water resources environment of LongZiCi Karst Spring Region is to some extent polluted.The survey shows that the biological indices of sensitive species are more suitable for the environment evaluation of water quality in the spring field, and provides reference for the protection of water resources and aquatic organisms in the spring area.
