江苏海洋产业知识产权增值路径研究

Research on the Strategies for the Appreciation of the Intellectual Property Rights of Jiangsu Marine Industry

在对江苏海洋产业知识产权成果创造、运用、管理现状分析的基础上,提出大力发展江苏海洋产业需要有高水平海洋知识产权战略支撑、高质量海洋知识产权成果支撑、高成长性知识产权优势企业支撑和高覆盖面知识产权金融创新支撑,各级政府及行业主管部门应积极提高江苏海洋产业知识产权密集度、转化度和融资度,从而畅通江苏海洋产业知识产权增值路径。

Based on an analysis of the present situation of the creation,application and management of the intellectual property achievements of Jiangsu marine industry,this paper proposes that the development of Jiangsu marine industry needs the support of high-level strategies for and high-quality achievements in marine intellectual property rights,as well as the support of high-growth enterprises with an edge in intellectual property rights and high-coverage financial innovation in intellectual property rights.Governments at all levels and industry authorities should actively improve the intensity of intellectual property rights,conversion and financing of Jiangsu marine industry,so as to enhance the appreciation of the intellectual property rights of Jiangsu marine industry.
