摘要
是学术论文的重要组成部分,学术期刊论文摘要的撰写是否符合规范是衡量论文质量的重要标准之一。基于自建的语料库,以土木工程学术论文英文摘要为研究对象,利用IMRD语步体裁分析法对比了中国大陆学者与英语母语的美国学者在土木工程领域国际权威学术期刊发表的学术论文英文摘要,从而提出若干英文摘要写作规范的建议。丰富了IMRD语步体裁分析的实证研究,以期为中国学者撰写土木工程论文英文摘要提供学术写作规范参考。
As the abstract is an essential part of an academic paper,the norm of the abstract is one of the important criteria for academic journals to measure the quality of a paper.This study is based on a self-built corpus and takes English abstracts of civil engineering academic papers as its research object.The study compares and analyzes English abstracts of academic papers which are published by international civil engineering academic journals whose authors are Chinese and native American English speakers.Accordingly,the paper proposes writing specification of abstracts.It enriches the empirical research of IMRD's genre analysis in order to provide academic normative references for Chinese scholars on writing English abstracts of civil engineering papers.
