摘要
采用种子乳液法制备了pH响应的超顺磁性壳聚糖负载抗肿瘤特效药依托泊苷的药物微球。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等对所制备的磁性功能聚合物微球的性能进行了表征,并对微球进行了药物体外释放的初步研究。表明载药微球具有优良的理化性质和明显的pH依赖性释放特征,可作为抗肿瘤药物的递送载体。
pH Sensitivity superparamagnetic chitosan-loaded etoposide microspheres were prepared by seed-emulsion.The properties of obtained microspheres were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM).Researches show that drug-loaded microspheres have remarkably pH-dependent release behavior and may be potential carrier for tumor targeted delivery of antitumor drugs.
