摘要
地铁盾构混凝土管片的尺寸精度检测中,如果使用大尺寸的游标卡尺测量宽度,使用钢卷尺测弧长,存在操作不便以及测量精度不够的弊端。视觉测量是一种评价空间形位误差的新技术,可以用于地铁管片的尺寸测量。在深圳地铁2号线实测证明,利用视觉测量技术检验管片尺寸精度,数据精确,简单易行。
In the dimension accuracy testing of the concrete segment of metro shield tunneling,if the Vernier caliper with large size is used to measure the width and the steel tape to measure the arc length,the operation is inconvenient and the measuring accuracy cannot be ensured.Visual measurement is a new technology for evaluating spatial form and position errors for metro segment size measurement.The actual measurement on Shenzhen Metro Line 2 proves that it is easy and accurate to use visual measurement technology to check the size accuracy of segments.
