增强职业教育吸引力的实践与启示

Practice and Enlightenment of Strengthening Attractiveness of Vocational Education

家对职业教育的发展越来越重视,经济社会发展也需要职业教育加快技术技能型人才培养,但是接受职业教育仍然是多数学生退而求其次的选择。与普通教育相比,职业教育吸引力有待进一步增强。基于此,在对现行的政策制度中不利于职业教育发展的因素进行研究的基础上,通过实践案例分析,发现障碍。针对障碍,采取有力措施增强职业教育吸引力,是促进职业教育适应新常态经济发展的重要内容。

Countries pay more and more attention to the development of vocational education,economic and social development also need vocational education to accelerate technical skilled personnel training,but the majority of students receive vocational education not out of their first choices.Compared with ordinary education,vocational education attractiveness remains to develop.Based on the study of factors unfavorable to the development of vocational education,through practice case analysis,we found that the obstacles for development and take effective measures to strengthen vocational education,as to promote vocational education development to adapt to the new normal.
