精准扶贫视角下,贫困地区资助模式创新及成效研究——以高州市南塘镇为例

Research on Innovation and Effectiveness of Financial Aid Modes in Poverty-stricken Areas from Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

以广东省粤西地区茂名市高州市南塘镇的高校家庭经济困难学生作为研究对象,综合运用座谈访谈、问卷调查、文献分析等研究方法,在精准扶贫的视角下,对贫困地区高校家庭经济困难学生资助政策落实成效进行动态追踪。并对资助政策宣传模式进行创新设计与探讨,进而提出"资助政策宣传前移,长期人文关怀"相结合的资助政策宣传新模式。

This paper takes the students with economic difficulties from colleges and universities in Nantang Town,Gaozhou City,Western Guangdong Province as the research object,and uses the methods of interview,questionnaire survey and literature analysis.From the perspective of precise poverty alleviation,we made a dynamic tracking of the results of the implementation of the financial aid policy for financial difficulties students.Moreover,we discuss the propaganda model of the aid policy and put forward a new model of the aid policy propaganda combined with“aid policy propaganda goes first with long-term humanistic care”.
