摘要
在"一带一路"倡议下推动天然气跨国贸易发展,有助于促进能源结构优化升级,促进世界经济和平发展。采用社会网络分析的方法表征"一带一路"天然气贸易格局,并还原出2012—2016年"一带一路"沿线国家管道天然气与液化天然气的贸易网络演化过程。此外还结合"一带一路"五通指数中的贸易畅通指数,分析典型国家的天然气贸易现状,划分出合作畅通型国家、合作均衡型国家、能源良好型国家、贸易良好型国家与潜在合作型国家,为开展"一带一路"跨国天然气贸易提供理论依据和政策建议。
Natural gas trade under“One Belt and One Road”Initiative is conducive to promote the optimization and upgrading of energy structure,as well as accelerate the peaceful development of world economy.This study employs social network analysis to construct the natural gas trade network of the countries along the“One Belt and One Road”and discuss the evolution of natural gas trade.In addition,combined with the trade smooth index in Five-Connectivity Index,current situation of natural gas trade of the countries along“One Belt and One Road”is analyzed.This paper divides those countries into five types-cooperation unimpeded country,cooperation balanced country,energy advanced country,trade advanced country and potential partner country.This study provides the theoretical basis and policy suggestion for carrying out the“One Belt and One Road”transnational natural gas trade.
