温盐水持续膀胱冲洗联合经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生疗效观察

Study on continuous bladder irrigation with warm saline combined with bipolar transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨温盐水持续膀胱冲洗联合经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2017年6月—2018年7月期间收治的60例良性前列腺增生患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为2组各30例。对照组采取常规经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察组采取温盐水持续膀胱冲洗联合经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术治疗,对比2组排尿功能、性功能及并发症发生情况。结果术后3个月,2组患者IPSS评分、Qmax、RUV均改善,且观察组IPSS评分及RUV较对照组低,Qmax较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,2组IIEF-5评分均升高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良性前列腺增生患者采取温盐水持续膀胱冲洗联合经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术治疗,可有效改善排尿功能及性功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of continuous bladder irrigation with warm saline combined with bipolar transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate(TUPKRP)in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods The clinical data of 60 BPH patients in the hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups by treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was given routine transurethral resection of prostate,while observation group was treated with continuous bladder irrigation with warm saline and bipolar TUPKRP.The urethral function,sexual function,complications were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery for 3 months,the IPSS score,Qmax,RUV of the two groups improved,the IPSS score and RUV of observation group were lower than those of control group,while the Qmax of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);After surgery for 3 months,the IIEF-5 scores of the two groups increased,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous bladder irrigation with warm saline combined with bipolar TUPKRP in treatment of BPH can effectively improve urethral function and sexual function,decrease the incidence of complications.
