摘要
目的探讨低碳水化合物膳食(LCD)干预对新诊断2型糖尿病患者能量及葡萄糖代谢的影响,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月期间我院收治的新诊断2型糖尿病患者113例,以计算机随机数字表法分为对照组41例,观察组72例。对照组为普通膳食,观察组患者给予LCD,比较2组患者干预前后的代谢及营养学指标,低血糖事件发生率。结果干预9个月后,观察组患者FBG、Hb A1c、TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP水平及BMI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组低血糖事件发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论低碳水化合物膳食干预可以有效控制新诊断T2DM患者的血糖水平,减少胰岛素用量,保证能量供应,并且不会明显升高低血糖事件风险。
Objective To explore the effect of low carbohydrate dietary intervention on energy and glucose metabolism in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods The subjects were selected from T2DM patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016,a total of 113 patients.According to the program,the patients were divided into two groups by computer random number grouping,among which 41 cases were treated and 72 cases in the observation group.The control group was given an average diet and the observation group was given an LCD.The patients in the observation group were given a low carbohydrate diet and the control group was a normal diet.The metabolic and nutritional indexes of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention and the incidence of hypoglycemia.Results After 9 months of intervention,the levels of FBG,Hb A1c,TC,LDL-C,hs-CRP and BMI in the observation group were significantly lower in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups.Conclusion Low-carbohydrate dietary intervention can effectively control blood glucose levels in newly diagnosed T2DM patients,reduce insulin use,ensure capacity supply,and not significantly increase the risk of hypoglycemic events.
