晶体与胶体溶液用于麻醉诱导后容量负荷治疗的疗效对比观察被引量：1

摘要目的探讨晶体与胶体溶液用于麻醉诱导后容量负荷治疗的效果。方法以我院2015年10月—2016年12月进行分娩的剖宫产足月产妇80例为本次研究的对象按照入院号随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组患者使用晶体溶液(乳酸格林液)治疗,研究组患者使用胶体溶液(琥珀酰明胶)治疗。对2组患者治疗前后的血压和心率进行对比分析。结果治疗前,2组患者血压和心率无明显差异;治疗后研究组患者的血压优于对照组(P<0.05),2组心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胶体溶液负荷治疗硬膜外麻醉剖宫产产妇的效果较好,可以改善血流动力学稳定性。
