高压氧治疗跖跗关节足背软组织损伤的疗效分析

摘要 目的探析应用高压氧治疗跖跗关节足背软组织损伤的疗效。方法选择2016年1月—2017年12月期间我院收治的跖跗关节足背软组织损伤患者70例,随机分为2组,即接受常规治疗的(35例)对照组与接受高压氧治疗的(35例)观察组,评估2组疗效。结果观察组总有效率94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论跖跗关节足背软组织损伤患者应用高压氧治疗可显著提高疗效,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the soft tissue injury of the ankle joint. Methods The study included 70 patients with soft tissue injury of the ankle joint in our hospital (both from January 2016 to December 2017).The patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random grouping.The treatment group (35 patients)and the hypertensive oxygen therapy group (35 patients)were evaluated to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group (94.29%>77.14%),and the data were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with soft tissue injury of the ankle joint,the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy can achieve good results,so it is worthy of application and promotion.
