实验室信息系统故障分析及字典维护要点

Fault analysis and dictionary maintenance of clinical laboratory information system

目的分析实验室信息系统(LIS)故障原因,探讨LIS管理员如何做好系统的维护及减少LIS故障发生。方法对2015年1月—2018年1月我院检验科LIS系统故障进行分析。结果近3年来的LIS故障共112次,其中由工作人员操作错误45次,占全部故障的40.18%。所有故障中由LIS管理员处理的98次,占87.50%。由LIS字典维护错误造成的31次,占27.68%。结论 LIS故障绝大部分为人为操作不当所致,主要依靠LIS管理员处理。LIS故障有很大部分是由字典维护错误导致,仔细科学维护LIS字典非常重要。

Objective This paper analyzes the causes of fault of clinical laboratory information system(LIS),and discusses how the LIS administrator can maintain the system and reduce the occurrence of LIS fault.Methods The LIS system fault of Xuancheng people's hospital clinical laboratory from January 2015 to January 2018 was analyzed.Results ①In recent3 years,there were 112 faults of LIS.②45 erroneous operations were made by the staff,accounting for 40.18%of all faults.③98 erroneous operations were handled by LIS administrators,accounting for 87.50%of all faults.④31 erroneous operations were caused by LIS dictionary maintenance,accounting for 27.68%of all faults.Conclusion ①Most of the LIS fault are caused by the human operation.②LIS fault are mainly handled by LIS administrators.③Dictionary fault maintenance causesmost of the LIS fault. Careful and scientificmaintenance of LIS dictionary is very important.
