龙门吊防风安全措施分析

Brief Discussion on Wind Protection Measures for Gantry Crane

对龙门吊在遇大风天气情况下的风灾事故发生过程进行了分析,总结得出龙门吊防风预警系统,通过风灾事故的分析将龙门吊防风装置分为预防性防风装置和紧急防风装置,对两种防风系统常用的防风装置类型进行了总结,并对各自存在的优缺点进行了分析,同时结合防风装置提出了施工现场龙门吊防风程序和应注意的事项,通过计算得出龙门吊倾覆安全距离。

In this paper,the accident process of gantry crane in the cyclone under the circumstance of strong wind weather has been analyzed,with the storm warning system for gantry crane being concluded. Through the analysis on disaster accidents,the wind devices for gantry crane can be divided into preventive wind device and emergency wind device. The two types of wind system commonly used wind device have been summarized,with their respective advantages and disadvantages being analyzed,at the same time,windproof procedures and matters which should be paid attention to at the construction site have been put forward,and the gantry crane overturning safety distance has also been put forward through calculation.
