The Textual Research and Explain of Difficult Folk Characters in Miscellaneous Literature in Southwestern of Hunan Province

湘西南地区杂字文献有许多俗字。这些俗字大部分应用于湘西南地区范围之内,一定程度上反映了民国时期当地人们使用文字的习惯。释读这些俗字,不仅要从字形出发,分析俗字的构形原理,还必须结合方俗语音,即湘西南地区方言的语音实际去探讨。

There are many folk characters in the miscellaneous literature of the southwest of Hunan.Most of these characters were used in the southwest of Hunan Province,reflecting to a certain extent the habits of the local people in the period of the Republic of China.To interpret these folk characters,we should not only start from the shape of the characters and analyze the principle of the formation of folk characters,but also discuss the pronunciation of the dialects in southwestern Hunan.
