大数据时代是公安机关履职面临的新常态,各地公安机关应坚决贯彻大数据战略,充分认识到面临的机遇和挑战,抓住数据、人才、算法三大核心要素,加强政策机制保障,转变社会公共安全治理模式、提升治理水平。
The era of big data is a new normal for public security organs to perform their duties.Public security organs around the country should resolutely implement the strategy of big data,fully understand the opportunities and challenges they are facing,seize the three core elements of data,talent and algorithm,strengthen the guarantee of policy and mechanism,change the mode of public security governance and improve the level of governance.
