拉萨市居民体质指数与血压、血糖、血脂异常关系的分析

Analysis of the Relationship between Body Mass Index and Blood Pressure,Blood Glucose and Blood Lipid Abnormality in Lhasa Residents

目的了解并讨论拉萨市35岁以上居民体质指数与血压、血糖、血脂异常之间的关系,从而为制定高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常的有效防治措施提供依据。方法采取多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取2017年11月—2018年5月1 684名拉萨市35岁以上居民进行研究,利用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行分析讨论高血压、高血糖、血脂异常患病情况及不同分组间体质指数对高血压、高血糖、血脂异常的影响。结果被调查居民中偏轻、正常、超重、肥胖的比率分别为1.4%、19.8%、49.2%、29.6%;高血压、高血糖、血脂异常患病率分别为47.6%、21.3%、40.9%。不同BMI间的高血压、高血糖、血脂异常患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论拉萨市居民体质指数与高血压、高血糖、血脂异常密切相关,因此BMI可作为临床评价疾病风险的重要参考依据,预防肥胖、高血压、糖尿病等慢性病的发生。

Objective To understand and discuss the relationship between body mass index and blood pressure, blood glucose and dyslipidemia in residents over 35 years old in Lhasa, so as to provide a basis for effective prevention and treatment of hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia. Methods A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to extract 1684 residents from Lhasa City from November 2017 to May 2018 over 35 years old. The SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the hypertension, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia and body mass index of different groups. The effects of hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia. Results The rates of light, normal, overweight and obesity among the surveyed residents were 1.4%, 19.8%, 49.2%, and 29.6%, respectively. The prevalence rates of hypertension, hyperglycemia, and dyslipidemia were47.6% and 21.3%, 40.9%. There was a statistically significant difference in the prevalence of hypertension, hyperglycemia,and dyslipidemia between different BMIs(P<0.001). Conclusion The body mass index of residents in Lhasa is closely related to hypertension, hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia. Therefore, BMI can be used as an important reference for clinical evaluation of disease risk to prevent the occurrence of chronic diseases such as obesity, hypertension and diabetes.
