摘要
目的通过对医护人员营养知识进行调查,了解其营养知识掌握现况的差异及不足,提高医护人员营养知识和改善社会人群健康提供依据。方法在乌鲁木齐市两所有代表性的三级甲等医院随机抽取各个科室医护人员进行问卷调查,根据答题得分情况统计分析其营养知识水平的现况及不足。结果调查对象医生279名,护士274名,不同学历医护人员营养知识存在差异,61.5%医护人员愿意接受正规营养培训,只有20.8%认为自身营养知识能满足临床需求,最期望的学习途径是营养宣传手册。结论医护人员营养状况不佳,均有接受营养学习的积极态度,因此,鼓励医院开展营养学习班培训,使医护人员对营养重要性有更深一步的认识,有利于其自身健康和患者术后康复。
Objective To know the difference and insufficience of nutrition knowledge mastery status by investigating the nutrition knowledge of medical staff thus providing basis for improving the nutrition knowledge of medical staff and improving the health of social group. Methods Various department medical staff were surveyed by the questionnaire in two representative Class AAA hospital, and the nutrition knowledge level status and insufficience were analyzed according to its reply. Results There were 279 doctors, and 274 nurses, and there was difference in the nutrition knowledge of medical staff among people of different academic levels, 61.5% of medical staff were willing to accept the regular nutrition training, only20.8% supposed that the self-nutrition knowledge could meet the clinical demands, and the most expected study route was the nutrition publicity manual. Conclusion The nutrition status of medical staff is not good, and all of them have the positive attitude towards accepting the nutrition study, therefore, we should encourage the hospital to develop the training of nutrition learning class, thus making the medical staff have a deeper understanding of importance of nutrition, and it is conductive to the self-health and postoperative recovery of patients.
